Discovering Pamela Jay – Founder of the She Leads From the Heart! Initiative, a feminine leadership mentor, award-winning author and a voice confidence coach for women who know they are born to lead. As a young mother and Indiana farmer, Pamela discovered a way to heal naturally from a chronic illness while immersing herself in nature and singing in an abandoned grain silo. When her voice came to life, her illness disappeared and she went on to become an award-winning outdoor educator and children’s singer-songwriter. Recently, Pamela completed a two-year, deep-immersion experiment in a rustic treehouse in the mountains of North Carolina. Once again, she connected intimately with the wisdom of the natural world to further develop, test and hone her 30-year model of feminine leadership. Today, Pamela guides visionary women from all around the world in unlocking the hidden power of their feminine voices, so they can speak with unshakable confidence, attract their right clients with ease and be remembered for their authentic, magnetic presence.
