Most simply, I believe in magic. Not just that it exists, but that life itself – the body, spirit, this magnificent planet, the universe – is magic, and we are the magicians. Ancient civilizations called it alchemy, the ability to transform base metals into illustrious gold. What isn’t talked about as much is that alchemy applies to human consciousness in the same way. Our conscious minds have the power to drag us down with the weight of lead, or to illuminate our souls with the brilliance of a diamond. When we truly understand that the world is coming OUT of us, not the other way around, life becomes magical. We become the creators. And we get to create a wild masterpiece with our lives. I am here for this time in human evolution, for this Great Awakening of human consciousness, to guide people along the path of Self-Realization, remembering their wholeness, their power, and their dharma. Yoga and conscious movement helps to unlock and mobilize the potential energy; Meditation and breathwork serve to direct it; Life Coaching helps to illuminate hidden potential and supports personal evolution; and Women’s Leadership retreats and immersions help to synthesize mind, body, heart, and purpose through the power of Sangha (spiritual community). My joy is to weave the breath, body, and consciousness together to create something new – gold where there was lead, vitality where there was stagnation, and possibility where there was limitation. To sit around the archetypal fire together, invision a new way forward, and then create it.
